Respectfully, it sounds like you maybe haven’t been following the ongoing proceedings, because both judges are actively trying to do something about it. Reporters with @lawfaremedia.org provide live coverage & recaps of the hearings if you haven’t seen anyone on your timeline doing so.

2) Here's the Immigration Appeals Court Judge's ruling, upholding the lower one. Again Pam Bondi today claimed this was a ruling he's an MS-13 terrorist.
