Literally any institution could put out a peer-reviewed paper saying that more housing would help with housing prices and left and right NIMBYs would both ignore it.

Utah isn't actually family-friendly volume 69.
Me: “We got full-day kindergarten passed two years ago.”

Advocate from NY: “Like universal preschool?”

Me: “No kindergarten. It was half-day.”

Advocate: *looks confused* “…I thought kindergarten was just part of the education system.”
