yeah, I wound up enjoying some of the world and their "shrines" were well done.
Very much "we have Breath of the Wild at home" but entertaining. And with Ubi's cloud stuff, pre Steam deck, you could play it wherever you owned it.

This is why I teach commercial first. It's actually a challenging acting exercise! And there's more money there.

Money wise, I'd say commercial, animation (tv/cable, not streaming), games, then localization. (dubbing)

ANY non-residual but repeat is best: Walla (HARD to get into), promo, audiobooks

And thus it stuck. The union works to get more from the AAA space, but sadly - there are fewer of those contracts and a lot of them keep going to the same 20 or so actors. Or celebs now.

There's been great work to get more indies and indie friendly union contracts!

Still no residuals. 🤷‍♀️

But something happened in video games. They were already non-union and chugging along just fine. SAG-AFTRA wanted to get involved. (separately for a time! There were competing SAG and AFTRA game contracts!)
