If your hair also craves moisture/product to not be an absolute mess, get yourself a clarifying shampoo! Work it into your routine weekly; just make sure to condition your hair afterwards.

My hair hasn't felt this soft and light in well over a year (since I started to grow it out for donation)! 💁🏻‍♀️✨️

I'm currently out for a therapeutic short walk as I recover from a sickness I got on the plane ride home a few days ago.

Later, I'm going to try to get some writing done between tonight and tomorrow night!

After many years of dealing with dental issues, including a large chip in my front tooth, I'm starting a series of dentist appointments today that I wouldn't be able to afford without the Canadian Dental Care Plan. Canadians, check your eligibility! 🇨🇦

Slowly returning to Bluesky after a whole week of debilitating pain and flare-ups.

While I'm still in a great deal of pain (9 to 10/10 pain levels, whereas a 5 to 6/10 is my "ideal" typical daily range), I'll do my best to catch up on updates from all of you lovely folks this morning. 💁🏻‍♂️💖✨️
