Serhii Dolhov lost his foot to a drone-dropped antipersonnel landmine while walking near his home.

Russian forces have used cheap, commercially available drones armed with munitions including prohibited antipersonnel mines— they have used these drones to attack people, homes, ambulances, grocery stores, and infrastructure.

The attacks have devastated daily life in parts of Kherson: shops have closed, buses stopped running, prevented ambulances from reaching victims, and families have had to flee en masse.

The drone, operated by a Russian soldier, chased her for 300 meters before dropping a munition. She was hit in the neck, leg, and ribs—but kept biking, covered in blood.
