Decent guess, since this is probably one of Kane's last full issues of Spider-Man, but I just checked, and it's not it.
At this point I'm thinking it might not be from a Marvel comic, but maybe an issue of Wizard or Alter Ego or something.

Definitely intended as a compliment. Now that I look at it, it looks a little back-handed. But New Warriors was at the top of my reading list for a long time, and I think it’s much more inventive and groundbreaking than perhaps its reputation these days.

It's a neat book because half of it feels like very standard super-hero stuff, and the other half is amazingly unique and surprising.

I expected, and received, a heartwarming story about an adorable puppy. I did not, however, expect that jaw-dropping cliffhanger!

I only ask because the digital version of your old Doom Patrol #12 has a messed up cover, and I tried to see if I could fix it, but I never could figure out what channels need to be switched.

I won’t dwell on it, but if you knock Laine down when he doesn’t have possession, isn’t that interference? And if he does have possession, then it can’t be icing, right?

I was thinking they'd be in a playoff spot on Sunday as long as they win tomorrow and NYR and CBJ both lose, but unfortunately those teams play each other tomorrow, so at least one of them will still have more points than Montreal.
