we are used to rules etc - health is not about that - it’s about utilizing information (studies, experience, research etc) and pairing it with your natural intuition/ the collective consciousness and making decisions in the short and long term that provide a route for living a life that you want 💕

if your health plan includes “eating the rainbow” or prioritizes antioxidants/ polyphenols / herbs - you are slowing down your detox enzymes so any results you achieve are short term but you’re going to just keep storing toxins 💫 we want to support detox instead 💕

Consuming vitamin A and copper won't help your anemia, skin, joint pain, hair, or any other conditions you're being sold on. Removing these supplements / foods from your routine is actually a gift to all the cells in your body.

Most people can improve their skin by minimizing exfoliation, cleansing, and topical products. Marketing, not science, drives complex skincare routines. Healthy skin comes from within—just look at children's naturally glowing skin without the use of any “essential” products 💕

If you want to reverse aging, you must support your detox enzymes. Most people unknowingly consume toxins and take supplements that slow down their detox enzymes. there is another path and it works - i see this everyday in the clients i work with 💫

every seasoning outside of salt is going to slow down detox to varying degrees - don’t view this as a limitation- view it as an opportunity 💕 there js much more to life than pepper and herbs

a common mistake people make when addressing their health is bouncing from one supplement to the next / one diet to the next without actually understanding how their body works - my favorite thing about coaching is getting to teach people so they can apply the info on their own and succeed 💕

✨ The goal should never be just to "lower cholesterol"—statins do this and are still horrible for you. Your body uses cholesterol to shuttle toxins and store them away from your blood. When toxicity decreases, cholesterol levels naturally follow suit until reaching healthy levels. 💕

if you have any skin issue - you have a toxicity issue - any antioxidants, herbs, spices, polyphenols, carotenoids (vitamin A) are just alleviating symptoms / inflammation / antibodies via shutting down detox pathways. it’s a dead end - true healing comes from supporting and executing detox 💕

Never getting sick either means you're extremely healthy with efficient detox systems, your body lacks resources to remove toxins, or you're using substances that suppress detox pathways such as antioxidants, polyphenols, herbs, spices, medications 💫

you don’t need to be afraid of the sun - but you do need to consider your intake of toxins (like vitamin A and copper) that will cause you to get red and potentially burn. ☀️

that redness is a GOOD process when kept in check - eventually, you will not get red once your toxin load has gone down 💫

if you have floaters / snowflakes in your vision - it’s from toxicity and can be resolved. it’s my personal opinion that all issues with eyesight are connected to toxicity as well as a lack of blood flow- avoiding vitamin A, caffeine and Copper is a great start 💫

ANEMIC PEOPLE: avoid anyone telling you “you need copper to move iron around in the body and you need vitamin A to activate that copper”

so many people come to me totally screwed up from following this protocol. it’s based on poor research and is a whole marketing ploy - you deserve better 💕

nature always gives us clues:

- babies have WAY more copper in their liver compared to adults

- breast milk does not contain copper

- within the first 10 years of life, we dump A TON of copper

if copper is SO important - why is the body always trying to get rid of it?

nobody has an herb deficiency. herbs all slow down detox and that’s how they end up helping people in the short term but long term they are a mess.

take milk thistle for example - short term seems to help - long term results in liver damage 💫

stop consuming organ meats - they are not good for you. organ meats are not only high in copper and vitamin A (which we don’t want) but they also have much higher amounts of BPA compared to muscle meats. 💕 avoid the marketing on organ meats - there is a reason liver is cheaper than steak 💫

“nutrient dense” is a scam and anyone who is advising you to eat “nutrient dense” or “superfoods” does not understand how your liver works 💕

between 10 pm - 4 am is when you will get the highest amounts of melatonin - these are the most important hours of sleep.

wear blue light blocking glasses sunset - sleep and don’t eat past sunset 💕 💤
