It's not cynism; it's realism. There's as much chance Collins joins the dems as elon gives away all his $$ and becomes a trans advocate. Focus on the 8 dems that keep voting with the Republicans or any of the dems because there are like 2 of them that are even speaking out much less doing anything

Not really. The scotus was the weak link. One bad decision and all the dominos fell with no way to stop them, short of a constitutional amendment requiring multiple governing bodies to put itself in check.
