My anxiety has been at a 10 since November (for obvious reasons), and usually when my anxiety reaches a breaking point I get a new animal. I managed to make it four months, but I broke.

Just remember the next 4 years is going to be exhausting. It already feels like the last month was 10 years long. Take some time to do self care away from it sometimes! It’s gonna be a marathon not a sprint.
