Don’t you just hate it when wild turkeys know you’re vegetarian? Our visitors feel really safe.

I love this plant: a wedding treasure flower. It exists on a section of trail near our home, maybe 50 meters long. I was surprised it is in bloom. Nature runs on its own internal time. Sadly this plant is not indigenous. It is native to South Africa. That is one journey I’d love to understand.
