I've found it's usually a bad sign when someone does something that hurts you & tries to say you're bad for having a response to their actions

"Equal damage" sounds minimizing when it was her actions of talking to your abuser & lying that hurt you. Hard to be definitive as a third party though!

The hardest part is the first brain dump and reviewing regularly
