I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way—PCOS can be incredibly frustrating to manage, and you’re not alone in this. 💜 Beyond cosmetic treatments, there are medications that can help with hair growth and weight management. Have you had a chance to discuss options with your doctor?

This is so frustrating. Weight stigma in healthcare needs to stop. PCOS makes weight management challenging, and blaming patients instead of providing appropriate care is unacceptable. The latest PCOS guidelines endorse a weight-inclusive approach, emphasizing health over weight.

Congratulations on embracing self-love! 💜 Your body doesn’t have to fit societal norms—what truly matters is that you feel healthy, strong, and happy. PCOS makes weight management challenging, but your commitment to movement, balance, and self-acceptance is inspiring.

Pasta actually has a reasonable good carbohydrate quality—it’s all about portion size and balance. Pairing it with protein, fiber, and healthy fats are key. And hey, it’s definitely a better choice than cakes and chocolates! No need to say goodbye to pasta—just find what works for you. 💜

Every woman with #PCOS deserves comprehensive care—not just when trying to conceive, but every single day. The healthcare system needs to do better. #HealthcareReform #WomenInMedicine #PatientAdvocacy Your hormonal health matters, regardless of your reproductive plans.

When we reduce #PCOS to just a fertility issue, we ignore the daily struggles of millions of women: insulin resistance, anxiety, irregular cycles, hormonal imbalances, and heightened risk for serious conditions like endometrial cancer. #MetabolicHealth #PCOSfacts
