Just paid 6.75 to sit in a sardine can for over an hour of delays before getting the whole train to get unloaded and go out of service. Glad we had all those repair closures and fair hikes to pay for them. Really seem to be getting out money’s worth as a city

Taken over an hour to go from shady grove to van ness. I feel like I’ve spent the last several years hearing about how metro was going to fix its unreliability issues and despite tons of closures and other inconveniences this still happens regularly.
