I'm working on an update for "Chunky Rally", my drifty racing game.
This update will introduce a track editor with easy to share custom races.

This year I released “Bloodletting”-a real-time #roguelike built in #pico8. Now I am turning it into a “Zelda-like” RPG.

Current design twist: the weapon is unlocked *after* the first dungeon-players must clear it using only their dash.Tight, risky, and oddly satisfying #gamedev #screenshotsaturday

Currently working on the difficulty ramping for "Journey Through The Nightmare Realm II"-this map might be a bit too punishing,even with a fully upgraded shield and a flamethrower. Pretty colors though <3

Finally understood color tables in #picotron thanks to washburnello and wrote a guide on how to use them

Color tables enable all kinds of effects at almost no cost, and I really hope that this will enable everybody to use them.

This is definitely my most elaborate main menu yet.

I added gambling to "Journey Through The Nightmare Realm II"-hunt coins and get lucky!
The slot machines can have anywhere from 1 to 28 rows.

"Scurvy, the hungry one" now not only has to fight the player but also their little sidekick affectionately called "cat". Cat is proud to already be on lvl 2. Cat tries to make a difference in the fight, but it mainly contributes cuteness.

Working on another template for #picotron.

After finally publishing the demake I'm working on a little 1-bit #picotron adventure testing both my old TopDownEngine and my new E-readers screen. Excited to see how it looks on there! I'll post a photo of this .gif on my e-reader to test it's gaming capabilites in the comments.
