Let's be honest, most people will be taking Aurora. She seems to have become a real problem.

2 Aurora

Seems like there's a bit of a bottleneck at the top - Can your deck beat Aurora, if not, you're not gonna make it.

Prism and Enigma can consistently out-damage Aurora, and Aurora has very few options to trigger phantasm.

But new players shouldn't have to spend £360 for 6 cards that almost every deck requires.

That's good news, maybe my specific area is different. I'm trying my best to bring new players in but it's been extremely difficult.

I doubt we'll see eye to eye. New players are gonna be put off by these prices. They need to establish a serious reprint policy to prevent this being an issue.

Cards will only be less available over time.

I'm sure they'll announce a History Pack annually for the sake of the survival of the game.

The reprint policy so far is "I guess maybe they'll get a reprint at some point, possibly maybe potentially".

Very easy to say from inside. If a player has bought an armoury deck and enjoyed the game, but isn't invested massively, they won't buy the tunic or w/e. They're more likely to keep attending armouries unit they lose too many times and give up.

Maybe a few stubborn ones invest, but most won't.

I agree, Dyadic Carapace, Grasp of the Arknight, Stalagmite, Flick Knives etc. these are generally so much better than their rare/common counterparts...

Yeah you're right, but regardless - a reprint policy would mitigate this issue.

This isn't my post , just a great example of what I mean about a really bad look for the game.

I agree, I enjoy commoner and think it's far more accessible, but that doesn't change the fact that most people who take a look at the game see the justified complaints of it being expensive and run .

A vague "We'll announce something before the end of the year" seems to me like LSS isn't understanding just how bad this is for the game

Our local regulars have dwindled from about 10 players to 4, with another 1/2 occasionally returning

If fab dies locally, nobody will give it another chance

If it doesn't, it'll be a disaster.

Legendaries and Majestics locked to a 3 card pack that's 1 per box - if they aren't either reprints or alt arts from the main set, they'll be the most expensive functionally exclusive cards in fab...

This would be cool for sure, but I think just a History Pack with the needed reprints in, no scuffed printing ratios, and without filler.

I'm not gonna complain if the packs only contain like 5 cards if they're all needed reprints. Fate, Sink, Nullrunes etc are all low rarity but need more prints!
