Turns out you want to wait for a fairly robust root system to grow off of your rosemary before transplanting. Sadly it takes forever (month+ for me) but I now have 4 plants going.

On the plus side I finally beat Mohg Lord of Blood on my faith dex erd tree faithful character.
Turns out; couldn’t beat him bc I both suck and was 30 lvls lower than the expected lvl range.
