The eye is SCP-525 apparently. Her best creation was "The Osmium Man" who is so heavy that he only moves via teleportation like SCP-173. He's the boss on the final level of a game my kids dreamed up.

Ah, my 7 yr old did a YT binge on SCPs and now comes up with some truly scary characters in her stories. She had kids in her grade 1 class searching for eye balls in the drain
