Thank you! I’ll keep you posted if I end with a convenient tool 🙂

Yes, the plan would be to have a tool that fetch the data according to a string (eg sample name).
I have a short script so far but I wanted to see if someone already came up with somethkng useful for us.

are differentiated by title only When you open the folder you don't know who's who. This is particularly unconvenient for external users who don't have access to the main computer.

The data we produce (the whole directory) is also automatically transferred/archived to a disk connected to a local network. Additionnal transfer to a FTP server allows access for external labs.
The difficulty is, for example, under user "Team A" I have several actual users and samples [...]

Definitely, sample reference matches labbook entries, but if you don't know to which expno it refers, it is difficult to retrieve your data in all the day acquisitions.
I'll keep you posted if I come up with something convenient :)

We actually have users for different lab/teams. Individuals change too frequently. Users then add their initials to their sample. Thing is, at the moment, if you don't know your expno, you have to go through all the date of said day to check if it yours or not

Yes, right, but we do not use Topspin for processing, so that would mean an additionnal (large) software just for data retrieving. Not so convenient in my opinion
January 10, 2025 at 11:56 AM
I mean, I know Topspin can fetch your data, but it is only available on the NMR computer and I don't find it very user-friendly.
I am trying to develop something but maybe it has already been done.
