1. Keep learning Product concepts -- Aakash Gupta, Sid Arora on Substack especially. Hit a lightbulb moment in Jan - just because there isn't a huge Product org to learn from in my company, doesn't mean I can't structure my own curriculum in my 1st true Product role!
