It can be really good I'd you make it right...it's just super complicated to make, and SUPER expensive to buy already made. My soy allergy means a lot of premade food is out for me, too. Also, gluten helps bread rise and not crumble. Gluten free needs extra stuff to work, so more expensive too.

It really was good! This is the first gluten bread I have had in a long time. We stopped eating it to try to cut down on inflammation, but we decided to try out heritage wheat flour finally. It's supposed to be lower in the causing inflammation.

I'm glad it was able to post it that way at least, but yeah that's kinda creepy >__>. I'm planning to do the blackout too. Overall I'd like to try using this more.
