anyone who hates it either needs to buck up and stop being scared, or work somewhere that actually cares for work life balance.

if i was getting what, 15 or 20 days a year accruing, best believe i’m still requesting my same cadence.

y’all be easy though.

right like i no longer have to do that, i can just request. it was terrible planning around my accrual.

yeah i personally don’t subscribe to that. i’m going to request and take off because this is not my life lol.

my last org was unlimited and it was just fine. and all of my requests through the next twelve months were just approved so :)
