Someone named Wilhelm wrote this to me in 1994 during my first semester in college. I have NO idea who it is and I have never spoken French. It’s a page and half long. I translated the first paragraph. How do I not know who wrote this?

I thought David or Chad Cay? But I didn’t find either name when I googled. I originally didn’t post it bc I thought it might skew the sleuthing, but I now realize it could help. Here’s to overthinking! 😅 I only have this bad snap of it on my phone RN. It’s a printer’s proof litho.
