Reminds me of when I needed an abdominal MRI and insurance said no but offered a pelvic MRI as an alternative which would never show the organ that was failing.

This is hilarious! What a country we are that freedom of speech gets you denied entry. I feel for that traveler. How is this fascism supposed to help tourism at the height of tourism season?
