It is funny. But what isn’t funny is that our government approved the “appeal to Heaven” plates. Like cool cool, we approve of people driving around calling for the elimination of anyone who isn’t Christian.

If dems really opposed it, they could all declare themselves independent and then elect new leadership for the now “independent” minority party. We lose nothing because everyone hates the democrat brand.

Every democrat opposed should immediately declare themselves Independent. Independents become the minority caucus and can elect new leadership. It’s a way to dissociate from the dying Dem brand (whose approval will be in low single digits now) and build on the momentum of anti-republican sentiment.

I wonder how, if AI succeeds in replacing a large amount of labor, who will consume the goods? Massive job losses result in a contraction in the economy. Wouldn’t this mean the businesses will be making things they can’t sell?
