So my sister and I both seemingly managed to snag a Switch 2 preorder on bestbuy.com. Hopefully they don't cancel.
I resubbed to Final fantasy XIV, grinded out pvp from 1 to 25 and got the loose fit set. It looks great on my newly fantasiad bunny boy. My sister also gifted me the magitek attire. I also caught up on the story and did the ffxi raid. I'm already addicted again. ; ;

Got a new 7800x3D from amd through the warranty, was a super fast and easy process. It definitely WAS the CPU in the end, but I ended up keeping the new PSU, RAM, and Motherboard.

Decided not to spend 250 on what would essentially be a temp CPU after I narrowed it down to that. My 7800x3D is still under warranty, so I just filed a claim with AMD, and I'm using my living room PC till it gets in. Luckily my living room PC is just my old main rig after I upgraded.

It was not the mobo. So I'm back at best buy getting a psu and cpu

Today has sucked, I updated windows 11 on my computer, and when it didn't restart, I saw my MSI motherboard had a yellow light. I tried forcing a restart, and now it's got a red and yellow light. I've followed ALL of the troubleshooting I can find, and nothing has worked. New ram hasn't worked.

On another note, if Chrono Trigger WERE to be remastered, should it be a full remake style, or get the Dragon Quest III treatment with a HD-2D remaster? Honestly, I'd love to see the latter, maybe with pixel remaster style remaster of the OST.

So, I recently got the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster collection for PS4, and have been tearing through them. I can safely say FF6 is still my absolute favorite SNES Final fantasy. I'd still rate Chrono trigger as the BEST SNES JRPG, but I doubt we'll see a remaster of that anytime soon.

My turkey ended up great, juicy meat and crispy skin, probably the best one I've made in the last decade. Having said that, I now can confirm that I'm just not a big fan of turkey. I'm tempted to smoke some ribs, brisket, or maybe even give whole chickens a shot for Christmas.

Finally finished! Pulled at 160, should rise to temp after a nice rest. Pretty happy with my first smoked turkey.

I'm pretty happy so far, gonna crank up the heat for the last bit of the cook and hopefully get a nice crispy skin.

I did accidently hit the top of the smoker getting it into the smoker, but I've sprayed some more butter on that spot, hopefully it'll be ok.

I bought a pitboss smoker back in october, so this is my first year smoking a turkey, looking good so far.

Perhaps one day Lord Arceus will bless us all and force Gamefreak to release a compilation of older pokemon games, so we don't have to sell our kidneys and half a liver to play them legitimately.

I also bought my last wish list Arcade1up cabinet, X-men the arcade game. I'm done for now, unlesss A1U makes a House of the Dead cabinet. That and My house is running out of space. It's nice being able to decorate how I want, and using my mid-life crisis to make an arcade.

SO, I've been immersing myself in the new Pokemon TCG app, Still missing the moving art Pikachu, but I lucked out and Got Mewtwo and Charizard. I also bought a few boxes of cards from Costco and got good stuff. I'm getting back into the TCG after my dad GAVE AWAY my original Collection back in 2000.

SO, I've been immersing myself in the new Pokemon TCG app, Still missing the moving art Pikachu, but I lucked out and Got Mewtwo and Charizard. I also bought a few boxes of cards from Costco and got good stuff. I'm getting back into the TCG after my dad GAVE AWAY my original Collection back in 2000.
For my mental health, I'm going to be ignoring the news for the next few years, and focus on those closest to me. It may be selfish, but whatever, it seems Selfishness is a big American value. This'll be my last political post if I can help it. Sorry for being a downer.

These next 4 years are going to be a lesson to the country. Those that didn't vote in protest, apathy, or just plain laziness. Our country elected an idiot and a conman that already crashed the economy, People voted for Facism for cheaper eggs. Now they're gonna get Facism and more expensive eggs.

As reality sets in, I'm becoming less depressed and more angry. I feel that Kamala and Tim ran a great campaign, but looking at the voting numbers, it's clear that people on our side just didn't turn up. Trump's voters were ALWAYS going to turn out. It's frustrating.

Yesterday was depressing, the only thing we can do at this point is fight like hell. If anyone you know or love is in a hostile state, please reach out to help them, these next 4 years are gonna be hell.
