Couple of caveats don’t expect a handheld to run the latest AAA title if it does expect 30 fps 720 and or frame generation. Also Deck wizard on YouTube is a good source to see how game play on the SD

I can’t speak for everyone but my Steam Deck is my main gaming console. I have all of consoles and a decent gaming PC. But sitting at the grandkids’ practices, maybe a 30 minute session to wind down in bed. It’s hands down the best electronic purchase I’ve made in ten years.

I spent more time playing Indies on my Switch than their first party offerings. The amount of crap and the slow performance of the eshop is why I quit using my Switch.

I had to use the Samsung updater tool and no issues since then. Down side is I have to transfer 2 tb of games to my portable drive. Because I don’t have a gig speed connection anymore and now I have a data cap.
