I wasn't in it last year. I picked it up a couple months ago, so I'm the one in "Beginner's Knit-Along" on Ravelry doing the KAL one year late.

I'm thinking shawl with the 3 skeins I got of the same colour, and toques or slippers with the orphans. It's all 100g bulky weight acrylic/alpaca blend.

I usually describe it as being "geographically obligated" to support the leafs.

How comfortable do you find these? I've been tempted to try crocheting socks, but I've heard they can feel bumpy.

I have the pieces of a dinosaur amigurumi for my nephew ready to assemble. Next up is a unicorn for his sister. And I have to block and assemble panels for a baby blanket.
