Back when I rented a place in Krus Na Ligas, I was heading out when I saw a delectable sight: from the gates blew in what seemed to be a cascade of Php500 bills.
I approached them—they ARE Php500 bills!
I picked them up and returned them to their owner nearby. Then I went to work…
