I still have PTSD from how they made me feel like a burden when I saw them regularly before my fibromyalgia diagnosis

The pain has still not gotten any less, it's actually unbearable at this moment.
Mind you I have fibro, I'm used to pain.

Pretty sure my shoulder is sublocated again and I can't seem to pop it back.
I would go to the GP but I already know how that conversation will go, "take some aspirin and self refer to physio" which I'll agree with doing but then never do as the process is to overwhelming plus I'm in pain now...

So I learned today I can be arrested for showing solidarity for Palestine when outside a protest area.
Just to be clear, if I'm out shopping in f.e. Bristol and there happens to be a demonstration nearby I can get arrested for wearing the same badge I wear every day?
