Toni and David died from a rare genetic degenerative disease.

This disease causes horrible deaths. It’s painful, debilitating, and robs you of autonomy.

Toni was diagnosed as a teenager and died in her 20s at home with family.

David was diagnosed with the same condition not long after Toni died.
