It's a game where you defend a central tower against randomly drawn opponents closing in on it, using cards matching distance rings and the color arc (out of three) they're in. The original game is called Castle Panic, but there are many variants, including a Munchkin one.

Time Master was an awesome game, and I'm pretty sure I own everything published for it (including the 5449 Orphyte modules. My players balked a bit at how much the adventures asked of them, sadly.
