Ah, that’s too bad. Maybe next year will be better. Mom’s got a lot of chopping to do (to freeze the ripe ones). She got 4 cups (chopped) from one beefsteak tomato! The big one here.

Maybe she should pick the tomatoes and let them ripen on the counter. Mom does that to make sure the chipmunks don’t get them. They’re ravenous this time of year…but only take one bite out of each. You wouldn’t want to hear the language when Mom goes to pick a prime one and finds it’s been bitten!😂
