Finished #19to20 on #netflix - loved those kids. So cute and shy, it was fun seeing them get more comfortable as the show went on. Now I'm on to #singlesinferno these folks are more confident and plastic/airbrushed pretty so not as charming at the start but I'm sure I'll grow to like some of […]

Well, it was a much better season than it could have been with so many injuries. Now who to root for? Maybe the Bears or Broncos. Sucks about the Nix injury though.

Finally got our new oven installed! Still haven't figured out why the (Kitchenaid) dishwasher isn't completing its routine. For now we do "rinse only" after it stops but that's not a long term solution.

Crispy Sheet Pan Noodles with Tofu. Super yummy and easy weeknight dinner. Cooking the noodles with the tofu on top creates a variety of textures that's really pleasing. I recommend using parchment paper instead of foil on the sheet pan to avoid sticking […]
