Don't forget to give yourself time, and get feedback and insight from mentors and colleagues wherever possible!

Gave some advice yesterday on how to respond to #reviewers to #proposals and was encouraging people to contact mentors with experience of the specific call to sense check responses. But aware not everyone has this pool to hand, so a few of the headlines from conversation. Please chip in.
