Atm I'm struggling with strong derealisation and dissociation and one of the only things that help are painting with pastels or gaucho where I paint what I see or feel

Just came back from my camping trip in Niederfinow Brandenburg with friends
It was very nice we had campfire one evening played games and went to the lake only thing I hurt my knee yesterday and got fever today

My birthday this year was rather quiet on Wednesday I had brunch with my roommate then I went to the forest to jam with my new synth and in the afternoon I got the message that my dad suffers from dementia on Saturday a friend came by and we ate pasta casserole and played some games
