This is just my personal take/journey as I navigate the industry as a whole.

I'm not sure how to really word my views from the little fishbowl that I live in. But I know I will always have a passion for games and that I'm not alone in that.

And that'll always be a constant.

I'm trying to find my happy place in that difference.

The biggest thing that has helped is going back to my comfort in academia and policy. I wholly prefer the games field Bsky ecosystem as it encourages better professional habits. Makes me feel like a person rather than a performer.
