13) Hob: an alien world, a plague, one last inhabitant trying to recover the original state of things... or is he? An engaging platformer-metroidvania, where organic e mechanical mix together in a lush but decadent realm. Don't get lost and make you final choice wisely!

12) Peak: I didn't actually finish the game, probably never will but I have already nice memories. The annoying trumpet played by my friend, his screams when assaulted by a skeleton, a collaboration based on giving helping hands or blaming each others. Reaching the peak shows players's true colors!

ma poi con grandissime argomentazioni...

11) Bioshock Infinite: a gift from many years ago which I decided to approach. I am bad at shooters. Very bad. But the steampunk setting, the entertaining dynamics between the two protagonists, the superpowers made it closer to my taste. Not sure I got the story right. Easy mode, nothing to prove ^^

10) Many Nights a Whisper: protagonist of an ancient ritual, you have to train your skills to achieve one, single, decisive shot. And each night before the ceremony, you have to listen, accept or refuse the desires of your people. Shall you fail, those dreams will be lost forever. Archery & feelings!

9) Firewatch: an adventure with touches of psychological thriller, compelling characters, well crafted "red herrings" and beautiful red sunsets. The faraway lookout acting as a landmark, an objective, a character and an aspiration. An ode to nature, exalted by the art of Olly Moss. It's a classic.

8) Bramble: The Mountain King. Olle needs to save his sister from trolls who kidnapped her, venturing into a grim world inspired by nordic folklore. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy the sudden shifts in tone and the art direction (caught between gore and fairytale). I rarely feel so distant from a game.

7) Strange Horticulture: a puzzlegame about solving the sinister secrets of the city of Undermere (and providing solutions to its hinabitants' more mundane needs) by crisscrossing botanical descriptions and observations. A very recommended cozy, crepuscular, fantasy mistery tale.

6) Undertale: after much convincing I played the game and loved it. An rpg where sparing the enemies not only is an option but turns the combats into mini-games and puzzles, unfolding all the story's potential. The writing, the lore, the meta-element make this gaming experience threedimensional.

5) Endling: a survival adventure game in which we play a mother fox taking care of her cubs while the natural surrounding deteriorates into a wasteland. The artstyle is so catchy and cozy that creates an intentional fracture with the intense gameplay and general vibes. Not relaxing but it moved me
