Exactly! My landlady told me the previous tenant set up cameras to police the children by sending footage to the HOA and asked if we had any issues. I said absolutely not and if anything children playing over adult noise any day. Tbh Im happy the kids and their parents feel safe with us as neighbors

Yes! No kids here but all the kids in my neighborhood know me since we let them be kids in the communal area my house is against.
