3. The info, communication and creative networks and resources are too precious to place at the whims of the powerful. It is important that we as individuals have ownership of our communities and content!

2. The shift away from the grasp of media / tech barons towards AT Protocol and Activity Pub is exciting. The US TikTok ban (faux ban / impending ban?) demonstrates the vulnerabilities of community networks and focusing on one content application.
