What do you think of Roger Fernandes, the so called "cheaper option"?
Didnt think it was that big of a flaw in gameplan during the match, we havent seen exactly this buildup idea executed in the PL so Im all for having a proper go at it as a "testing the waters" kinda thing. I dont really expect big results this season, let RA learn and adopt his system to the league

Im ready to get behind this guy and trust him, I dont even care about wins and loses anymore, I just want to see something on the pitch that gives us hope for the long term, and shows character and an indentity that we lacked for so long!

He says the central of his identity is the team. Being a team. Getting know the players to get the best out of them. This is the part that we lacked for 2 years, get to know the personel and you will have answers tactically.
