Google isn’t “official” so I’d suggest rather that they have either jumped onto the bandwagon of a political pop culture narrative or caved to political pressures. Weaksauce.

Many Canadian EMs use FEMA IS courses & wouldn’t be able to achieve a CEM if access to these end. This is due to the Amercentric qualifying exam contents. We don’t have a NIMS equivalent and no two programs across Canada teach the same foundation. We don’t have a national EM approach.
