Kidney failure !! Without a doubt. I watched my father go through it and finally die. Swollen legs and in one of trumps rambling speeches he touched briefly on ‘tablets for water’ which means he’s taking them. Draining water from his kidneys.

I think he’s suffering from kidney failure. My father did and the swollen legs and water tablets kept it at bay for a time. Trump also touched briefly on tablets for water whilst rambling which I immediately picked up on.
