Compared to 2024, there has been a 120% in the keyword 'precision fermentation' in Pubmed searches.

2025 publications are mostly review papers (7 out of 9) with two papers released from the US and Netherlands 🇺🇸🇳🇱

🐄 Studies using bovine cell lines were the highest (9 publications), followed by pig 🐖 (7) and mouse 🐁 (4)

🔬 Of the different cell types, satellite cells were the most researched (7), followed by myoblasts (6)
