In NC, you can call the evening before and might get dismissed before even showing up. This has happened to me several times.

However twice I spent an entire day in the courthouse, only to be dismissed after questioning by the attorneys.

I don’t think this was ever released? I remember it was announced and I went looking for it, but I believe in the end Paramount cut the bonus discs. Fortunately I still have mine from earlier releases, but I would like everything together as well.
