Every day,I lie down sweating,with a splitting headache,just thinking about how to get through the day with the least damage,without losing myself or someone from my family.
I think of home,education,friends, places that once brought us together,and everything from the past that will never come back

I carry a huge responsibility on my shoulders. Sometimes I wonder: how can I survive each day in a tent that feels like an oven, in a place lacking the most basic essentials and cleanliness, surrounded by death from every direction?

The past few days, I’ve been going through a severe depression unlike anything I’ve ever felt before. I wake up with no energy, no motivation to face the day.
I see your messages, but sometimes I can’t respond because exhaustion completely takes over, leaving my mind unable to find the words.
