The opinion page is certainly the worst of it, but let’s not forget their anti-trans agenda and their ridiculous both-sidesing of every single issue, spelled out in both the headlines and the articles themselves.

I canceled my subscription and completed a survey spelling out it was their “bothsiderism” and their trans agenda, but I must admit I still read it through my local library. Complicated indeed!

That’s just reading the news.

Can’t we just get it at school?
November 5, 2025 at 2:03 PM
Agreed, but I still think it’s the power and money that allows them to get away with it with no consequences.

That’s where the conspiracy theorists get it wrong. The country isn’t run by a cabal of pedophiles. It’s run by a cabal of billionaires who have the power and money to indulge every whim. Unfortunately in some cases, that is children.

Epstein aside, Dems “struggle to capture class grievance as a legitimate political motivator” speaks volumes.

Exactly this. Trump is a charismatic cult leader and while others are smarter and arguably more evil, none of them have the same hold over the party.

Don’t forget they also need to dig in to the important question of whether Trump should be on Mount Rushmore.

From what I can tell, being progressive just means wanting to exist, receive appropriate healthcare and live your life without discrimination and fear. Therefore, if you’re not progressive, you don’t believe trans people should exist. How is that normal?

And a huge factor in the loss is a result of the lies and disinformation being spread by the New York Times.

From what I can tell, it means stay one tick to the left of republicans, then tell anyone to the left of that to fall in line because they are better than the other option. Next, blame anyone left of “moderate”for their losses if they don’t accept that.

Does that mean he’s trans?
April 8, 2025 at 2:05 PM
I remember the hearings on the Texas bathroom bills around 2015 and they were saying things like,”if you’re really trans just change your birth certificate and no one will bother you…”
April 6, 2025 at 9:53 PM
Think of the power they could have if they ALL banded together and resisted?
April 6, 2025 at 5:03 PM
The two constants of the Democratic Party are that it’s not progressive and it doesn’t get anything done.

So double down on what they’ve been doing. Got it, served them well so far.
March 2, 2025 at 8:51 PM
Not to mention, if you force trans men to use the women’s room, there’s going to be a lot more masculine-looking people in there!

I graduated high school in 1984. Hated it then, hate it now
