I had the most amazing weekend with friends. We took the tram up to Mt. San Jacinto and did the 2-mile Desert View Trail hike. Achieving something like this with a disability is huge and most days impossible for me. It took every ounce of determination I had, but the rewards were amazing!

Thinking about everyone in my hometown in Colorado the last few nights. I've heard its been below zero and is about 6 degrees this evening without wind and will get to -18 degrees overnight. Do everything you can to stay warm and safe! Sending hugs and love 🫂♥️

Tomorrow I am choosing to honor and respect Martin Luther King Jr. and absolutely nothing else. Peace, love, justice, and true equality are what this country needs most!
