The city is forever bangin on bout not having enough money to expand transit or fund municipal services, but a trip to Taipei is on the docket? I have never once seen bylaw ticket or give a warning to anyone for parking like a dumbass ... of which there are PLENTY of opportunities in this town. Ticket watering on restriction etc. They focus on harassing the homeless. While using spaces meant for the public

No enforcement or accountability, no snow removal, the hazards walking around boggles the mind. Nevermind trying to navigate this place using public transit. It's impossible in winter.

Ignoring the fact that being outside 24/7 in any temp or condition is absolutely brutal, there's no ewc that i can find during this wind warning and downpour. There are well over 250 ppl living rough in courtenay. These are the avail beds with absolutely no change.
