During my delay, had the chance to try Elways at the airport. It was a nice place. They recommend his steak salad. Asked for my steak to be a certain way, but they served it their way 😂. I liked how the steak was seasoned tho - the salad was okay (must be a big fan of arugula & pecans to like it).
