It seems like a problem with their concurrency rules and sessions not expiring despite logging out and clearing caches. I left all of my devices logged out this week and this morning logged into the website via chrome on my iMac first and it worked (this time).

Yes, I have logged out and back in more times than I can count. Logged out on all devices. Restarted my computer, iPad, and iPhone. Cleared caches. It’s definitely not a me problem. 🙃
